Sarvjan Pension Yojana
The Sarvjan Pension Yojana has been released by the Jharkhand State government. Under this yojana, the the poor citizens of Jharkhand state who are above 60 years old will be provided pension. The pension will be of one thousand rupees. On 5th of every month, It will be distributed in the bank account of the beneficiaries. The CM Hemant Soren in the Gumla District, has organized an awareness program to make people aware. Initially it was necessary to have BPL and APL Ration Card holder to acquire the advantage of this yojana. but now it is not necessary.
The government will collect the details by visiting to their homes to give the advantage of this yojana to all the eligible beneficiaries. A beneficiary list will also be created and their applications will be merged. The poor citizens and widow women whose age is above 18 year old will be able to acquire the benefit of this yojana. And also the people who are HIV AIDS victims and disabled citizens who are above 5 years can also get the benefit of this yojana.

Objective
The motive of this Sarvjan Pension yojana is to give pension to the Jharkhand State Citizens. Via this yojana, the poor citizens of the Jharkhand State will be provided a pension of Rs. 1000 per month. So that all the poor citizens of the state will be help financially and they can fulfil their basic needs. The implementation of this scheme will improve the Jharkhand State living standards. Citizens will become independent also. A person need to have a voter ID Card to apply for this Sarvjan Pension Yojana.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only the Permanent Resident of Jharkhand State can apply under this yojana.
- The age of the person must not be more than 60 years.
- No means should come to the beneficiary.
- Poor citizens and widow women above 18 years will also be able to acquire the benefit of this yojana.
- HIV AIDS Victims and disabled citizens above five years can acquire the benefit of this yojana.

There are total 1503486 citizens in the state who are not connected with this yojana. All these citizens will be directly linked to this yojana. The eligible citizens will be linked to the social security pension yojana. Prior to the execution of this yojana, the total beneficiaries in various pension yojanas was 978730 and then after the execution of the yojana, it was increased to 1376225. In this yojana, total 397495 new beneficiaries were added. Under this yojana, the District Wise Number of Beneficiaries are like this: –
