Mukhyamantri Gramodyog Rojgar Yojana has been released by the CM of Uttar Pradesh State Mr. Yogi Adityanath to give employment opportunities to the poor jobless youth of the rural areas of the UP State. Under this yojana, the Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board will give a loan of up to Ten lakh rupees as a financial assistance to the educated jobless youth of the rural areas to initiate their own employment. The Mukhyamantri Gramodyog Rojgar Yojana is a very beneficial yojana released by the Government to promote self-employment, it will also help in the overall development of the UP State.
Under this yojana, the funds are made accessible to the general category beneficiary at 4% interest. The Reserved category beneficiaries such as Backward classes, ST and SC, Ex-servicemen, Disabled Women will also be provided the interest rebate on the entire amount under this yojana. Objective

So, the UP State government has found the solution of this problem which is this Gramodyog Rozgar Yojana. This yojana will help in creating employment and will also encourage the educated youth of rural areas to more towards cities with new technology, In the villages itself, maximum people have to be employed. Under this Yojana, The youth will be given a loan of up to ten lakh rupees by the by the bank to initiate their own business. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rural Areas of UP State.
- Only the unemployed youth will be eligible to take the benefit of this scheme.
- The age of the person must be between 18 to 40 years.
- In the beneficiaries, 50% ST/SC/OBC youth will be added.
- The preference will be provided to the jobless youth who have complete their technical training from ITI and Polytechnic Institutes.
