Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana Online Apply
Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana Training Programme is started by the Indian Railway under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. All the eligible candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the online application form for this training programme.
The application process has already started on 7th Dec 2022 on the Official Website www.railkvy.indianrailways.gov.in. the training will be held in the month of January 2023.
This Training Programme will be of 3 weeks only. The Ministry of Railways is organizing this training Programme at nominated training centres at all India level for all the eligible Indians under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
This training program is an entry level skill development program in different trades like Carpenter, AC Mechanic, Fitters, Machinist, Computer Basics, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics and Instrumentation, CNSS, Refrigeration and AC, Welding, Track Laying, Technician Mechatronics, Bar Bending, S and T in Indian Railway, Basics of IT. This Programme will be helpful to get employment for the candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana
All the people who are Indian citizens who meet the age criteria and have passed the 10th standard or have passed in any degree from any institution which is recognized by Central / State government is eligible to apply for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
Medical Fitness
To get this training, the Candidate must be medically fit. And for this they have to provide fitness certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor, certifying that candidate is fit to undergo training in industrial environment and is fit to visible / Hearing / Mental Condition and do not have any communicable disease.
Course Duration
This training program is of 3 week. This includes practical training as well as theory. Basically, it runs every month.
Selection Method
The 10th class percentage marks will be basis of merit for selection. As per CBSE, Multiply CGPA with 9.5 to convert CGPA into Percentage.

Required Documents for RKVY
- Mark Sheet of Matriculation.
- Signature and photograph of the Candidate.
- Medical Certificate.
- Affidavit on Rs. 10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
- Aadhar card, bank passbook, pan card or ration card for identity proof.
- If the date of birth of the candidate is not mentioned on the mark sheet then matriculation certificate also.
Instructions for Online Submission of Application Form
- Candidate have to fill the online form properly with the required information.
- Candidate do not have to upload any documents online.
- The application process is open from 7th Dec 2022 (00:00 hrs) to 20th Dec 2022 (23:59 hrs).
- On the basis of merit, the automatic list of shortlisted and waitlisted candidates for each trade will be generated on 21st Dec 2022 (12:30 PM). Through SMS and Email, the Candidate will be sent the Information.
- All the candidates who will gets selected they have to provide the real documents such as Matric / 10th Mark Sheet / Notarized Affidavit, Photo ID, Medical Certificate for the verification purpose at the time of reporting for training at the training institute. The Training Institutes will upload the Scanned Copies of the Said Documents of the Selected Candidates on the Website.
