A new scheme called Naan Mudhalvan scheme has been launched by the Tamil Nadu Chief minister M.K. Stalin. This scheme will hold 10 lakh youth across the Tamil Nadu state annually to realize their talents and skills. Which will be beneficial for our country.
A portal named naanmudhalvan.tnschools.gov.in has been launched by the state for this scheme. The Naan Mudhalvan scheme aims to train and provide academic as well as career guidance to the talented and interested students of our country.
Under this scheme, the students will also be provided the spoken English lessons which will hold them in appearing for any interview confidently and their good spoken English communication skill will become plus point in their interview to clear it. Under this scheme the training and guidance will be provided on coding and robotics to pace with technological advancements, medical doctors, counsellors and psychologists will be provided the guidance on Physical fitness and nutrition. This guidance will help in developing the student’s personality.

The Tamil Nadu Naan Mudhalvan Skill Development Portal is now available. On the 1st march the Tamil Nadu Skill Development for college as well as for high school students and other youth, Stalin inaugurated this Naan Mudhalvan Scheme.
With over 47 companies, TN Government has signed a memorandum of understanding on the 29th August 2022. And an upskilling platform has also been launched by the Chief minister MK Stalin.
On the 25th June 2022, a career guidance initiative named “Kalloori Kanavu” has been launched by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. This Kalloori kanawa is also launched under the Naan Madhuvan program so that students will get proper guidance to opt right courses and choose colleges, guidance to make students aware about educational loans, scholarships and various entrance exams.
From the Jawaharlal Nehru Indore Stadium, the govt has initiative this. Lots of government and aided school’s students has participated in this event, it is known that the total 5000 students have taken the part in this event.

The Naan Mudhalvan Scheme has been started on the Birthday of Mr. MK Stalin. Under this scheme, around 10 lakh students will be provided the training and skills and proper guidance so that they can choose the best course for them and their skill and talent will be beneficial for the growth of our country.
Students will be provided the guidance related to the various fields in education and other skills like research, leadership, communication skill, thinking etc. lots of students regrets their decision of selecting wrong course and wrong field because of lack of guidance and lack of awareness regarding many opportunities.
Features and Benefits of Tamil Nadu Naan Mudhalvan Scheme
- On the 1st March 2022, an ambitious skill development scheme named Tamil Nadu Naan Mudhalvan Scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin.
- Under this scheme, around 10 lakh students annually will be provided the training and skills that will help them in knowing about their interests and talent which will help them in creating a great career for themselves.
- In the government – run and state educational institutions, the academic guidance will be given to the interested students, through this scheme.
- With the help of this guidance, Students will become more clear in their life regarding their career choices.
- Spoken English lessons will also be provided to the students under this scheme which will help them in creating their job interviews.
- Under this scheme, the training capsules in coding and robotics will also be given.
- The guidance on physical fitness and nutrition will also be provided to the medical doctors and psychological counselors under this scheme.
- This training will be provided in both virtually as well as in person to the students.
- For the proper implementation of Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, a guidance bureau also be created in every schools.
