Punjab Ashirwad Scheme Apply Online

The Punjab State Government has released Punjab Ashirwad Scheme for the girls of the state who are from economically disadvantaged families in the state to provide them assistance from Rs. 15000 to 21000 rupees. The underprivileged girl will get this cash aid at the time of their marriage. The advantage of this yojana is accessible to females who are of 18 year of age and are older than 18 years old. The girls who are from the economically disadvantaged class like SC, ST EWS will be provided the benefit of this yojana. With the help of this scheme, around 10,873 females from SC category will get Rs. 22 crore.

In the current fiscal year, the Govt of Punjab State has spent Rs 129.29 crore on the 25,399 recipients of the Ashirwad program. The Plan, which gives Rs. 51,000 to women from ST, SC and other disadvantaged sections for weddings, has total spending of 161.31 crore rupees for the fiscal year 2022.

Objective

There are so many people from the economically disadvantaged part of the society who are not able to plan their daughters wedding because of their weak financial condition. They suffer from the financial problems. The Punjab State government has released this Punjab Ashirwad Plan for these people. All the girls from economically disadvantaged parts of the society will receive financial help under this program by the Punjab State government. The purpose of this yojana is not only to help the girls but also to motivate the families who are raising girls and want to marry their daughter.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The Applicant must be girl.
  • Only the Punjab state residents will be provided the benefit of this yojana.
  • Only those applicants will be provided the benefit of this yojana whose family belongs to BPL Category.
  • The applicant must be from SC, ST or another economically disadvantaged group.
  • Each family has a maximum of 2 eligible women under this yojana.

  • On the homepage, click on Login.
  • Then login page will open.
  • Here, enter your registered username and password.
  • Then enter captcha code.
  • After that, click on login.

How to Apply Online for Punjab Ashirwad Yojana?

  • Visit to the official website of Ashirwad Portal i.e. https://ashirwad.punjab.gov.in/
  • Click on Applicant Registration tab.
  • Then the registration form will open.
  • Here fill the details in the form such as Aadhar Number, First middle and last name, Date of birth, Aadhar virtual ID, Gender.
  • Then fill the consent form for authentication and click on I Agree and proceed button.
  • Enter the details such as: – Annual Income, Relation with girl, Religion, B.P.L Number, Mobile number, Caste, State, Email id, Voter ID, Address, District, Tehsil, Pin code etc.
  • Enter the captcha code.
  • Click on save button.
  • After the registration, people will be able to apply for the yojana by logging in.
