- The applicant must be Madhya Pradesh State Citizen.
- Applicant must be from labor class.
- The worker must have worked for minimum 90 days.
- Both men and women will be able to get the benefit of labor card.
- Applicant Must be between 18 years to 60 years old.

- Visit to the Shram Seva Portal official website.
- Here, Click on Forms option.
- Then, a new page will open, here, click on registration form size (1.042MP).
- New page will show up. here, Click on View Attachment option.
- After this, the labor registration form will open.
- You will be able to download and take the print of this form from here.
- Enter necessary details.
- Attach the required documents.
- submit the labor registration form to the office of labor department.
- Then after the verification of your registration form the shramik card will be generated.
How to Download MP Labor Card?
Visit to the Shram Seva Official Portal.
- Here, click on the login option.
- Then, the login page will show up.
- Provide username and password.
- Enter captcha code.
- click on login.
- New page will open, here, click on Labor Card print option.
- Then, click on labor card option.
- Click on download.
- The labor card will be downloaded successfully.
