Fostac Registration
- Visit to the Official Website of the Fostac i.e. https://fostac.fssai.gov.in/fostac/index
- Here, you have to search for the “Register” Tab. this tab is Above the Contact Us Tab.
- Then, Trainee Registration Form will open.
- Here, fill the asked details in this form.
- After this, click on the Verify.
- The Detailed Trainee Registration form will show up.
- Enter all the necessary details such as your personal information, permanent address details, correspondence address, and business details.
- Once again check your provided details in the form and so that you will not make any mistake.
- Enter the Captcha code.
- Click on Register.
- Then you will see your Fostac Unique Username ID and Password on the screen.
- In order to Enrol for the future Fostac Trainings, keep your username ID and Password through Print Screen.
Fostac Login
- Visit to the Official website of the fostac.fssai.gov.in
- Here, on the homepage you will see the login Button.
- Click on that button.
- You have to select one option from Login as Normal User or Login as State Admin.
- Here give Your User ID & Password.
- Also enter the Captcha Code.
- And click on the Login button.
What is Fostac Training?
Food Safety Training and Certification is a wide reaching training and certificate ecosphere for Food Businesses over the food value chain. Under the Fostac, A Persons trained and certified will be named as food safety supervisor. These food safety supervisors inturn will instruct other food trainer in their place, to make qualified individuals ecosphere.
Fostac has been created by FSSAI to attain its instruction section 16(3) h of the Food Safety and standards Act 2006. Under Fostac, the subjects and content for 16 courses for various types of food businesses on 3 capability levels, Basic, Advanced & Special has been build midway by domain specialists. Training is to be provided via training partners together with large food businesses, academic and vocational institutions, training agencies authorized under skill development councils and missions, industry, scientific and technology associations and civil society organizations.

Objective
- To conduct behavioural change and generating a culture of food safety over the country.
- To produce a better environment of compliancy to food safety and standards.
Eligibility Criteria
A person who will fulfil these provided eligibility criteria can apply for the FSSAI courses.
- Basic Level Course: – All those people who are working in the food business, they must require six months of experience in the relevant sector according to the selected course.
- The students who are getting a final year of undergraduate graduation in hospitality, nutrition, food science or other similar fields will be able to apply for Basic Level Course.
- Advanced Level Course: – Person who is graduated in science with one year of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant sector will be able to apply for the Advance Level Course.
- All those students who are getting final year of undergraduate graduation in hospitality, nutrition, food science or any other similar field will be able to apply for the advance level course.
- People who are graduated in non-science disciplines with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant sector can get the advance level course.
- Special Courses: – Any person who is scientific graduate with one year of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant sector will be eligible to apply for these special courses.
- Person who is graduated in non- science disciplines with two years of experience in a supervisory role in a relevant sector can apply for the special courses.

Training Partner Duties
The following are the Training Partner Duties: –
- As a training partner, Registration via FOSTAC portal.
- Recognition of Trainer according the eligibility and arranging training of trainer initiative in association with FSSAI.
- Trainees Mobilisation.
- Providing of the training centre with sufficient architecture.
- upload calendar and progress information on the portal.
- Appraise and result uploading in the portal to generate certificate.
