- Then, download the application form.
- Then, take the print out of this application form.

Such as Farmer Name, Father’s Name, Special Tribe, Residence Village Name, Social Class, Mobile number, Relation, District, Village Name, Development Block, Address, Loan Book Number, Total India Area, Patwari Light Number, Bank Account Details etc.
- Then, provide all the asked details.
- Attach the required documents also.
- After that, submit your application form to the concerned RAEO For verification.
- Then, you will have to take progress from RAEO itself and RAEO will deliver the application form of the farmers to the concerned committee.
- Now, the committee will do the registration or modification of the farmers and the information will be provided through SMS to the farmers.

- Then, on the homepage, click on the Report option.
