The BRBN Stands for Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Limited. Under this yojana, the government will provide the quality seeds at low cost to the farmers who are living in the state. Since, the farmers do not always have good pure and high quality seeds. because of this there is a decrease in the crop yield of the farmers. The price of the good quality seeds is also high in the market. This is why the govt started this yojana, so that farmers can easily take the benefit of it and be successful in growing maximum crops. In order to acquire the benefit of this yojana, the applicant has to apply online.

Go to the BRBN Official Website.
Then, click on the Beneficiary List.
After that, select the season such as Rabi, Minikit, Akashmik etc.
Then, click on the Show button.
Select the Block and district.
Select the panchayat.

Application Process

Fill the online application form.
Then, the verification of the application will be done.
Now, the dealers and suppliers will be informed for the seeds under the yojana.
On the registered mobile number, the OTP will be received. This is required at the time of buying seeds.
The seed will be delivered to the home by the department under the Home Delivery.

Steps to Apply for Seed

From the brbn.bihar.gov.in or dealer.go4online.co.in portal, the application for seeds can be made. The application process does not happen because of the technical issue of the portal. So a person can try to apply online in both the portals.

Go to the official website.
Click on the link Seed Application.
Accept the terms and conditions of this yojana.
Then, the Application Form will open.
Provide your registration ID and click on Search.
Then, all the details of the farmer will show up.
Here, select the seed you want to apply for.
Then fill the required kg in the box.
If you want home delivery, then check mark in the box and if you do not want then uncheck it.
Click on submit.
This is how your BRBN Demand slip will appear and you will be able to take the print out of it.

Fill your user name and password.
Then, click on the login button.

Registration Process of Dealer and Distributor

Visit to the Official Portal of Bihar Seed Grant Scheme.
Then, click on the link for License Application.
After that, the terms and conditions page will show up.
Here, accept the terms and conditions.
Then, Company/Firm name, block name, district name etc have to be filled.
After that, fill the name, GSTIN number, Aadhar Number, Pan Card Number.
Enter the email id, and mobile number.
Click on the Button of Register Now.

Then, provide your name, address and mobile number
After that, the complaint/suggestion has to be written in the empty box.
Then, click on the Submit button.

Seed Grant Terms and Conditions

Any person who wants to take the benefit of seed grant, they need to follow some of the conditions which have been issued by the department. The conditions are as follows: –

The seeds must be used only for the cultivation.
The beneficiary will be deprived of the Agriculture Department Schemes if he don’t pick up the demanded seeds.
The crop residue has to be burnt.
For a maximum of five acres of land for Rabi crops, seeds will be given to any one farmer.
For warm season crops, seed will be provided for a maximum of 2.5 acres.
Rs. 2.00 per kg will be the home delivery charges of wheat for rabi crop.
For Oilseeds and pulses the home delivery charges will be Rs. 5.00 per kg.
For the hot season crops, the home delivery fee for eight kg is Rs. 100 and for 16 and 20 kg, the home delivery fee is 200 rupees.
