This marathon is organized by the Association of International Marathons and Distance races and Baroda district amateur athletics association which is the largest sporting event are going to organize in Gujarat. The registrations for the Vadodara Marathon 2023 was started on the 25th December 2022 and the last date of registration is 31st December 2022

Vadodara Marathon Guidelines
Participants Age on the Day of Race: –
- participants participating in the full marathon 42.195 kms their age must be 18 years or above that 18 as on January 7th 2023.
- Participants participanting in the hall marathon 21.098 kms must be 18 years or above 18 years on the 7th January 2023.
- Participants who are participanting in all other race categories must be 14 years or older than 14 years as on 7th January 2023.
- All minors need to submit their guardian or parents consent at the time of Form Registration.
Age Proof and Photo ID Proof: –
- The scanned copy or photocopy of valid government issued age proof and for the completion of your registration, the photo id proof is necessary.
Entry and Access: –
- The participants who will bring valid running number BIB will be allowed to enter the event venue and take part in any of the races.
Medical Condition: –
- The participant must be physically fit for this marathon as approved by a certified medical practitioner. If the Vadodara marathon’s medical personnel feels that you are not fit for this marathon then you will not be able to participate in this marathon even though you have a valid running number BIB you will not be allowed.
Parking: –
- On a basis of first come first serve, the parking spots will be provided to the individuals.
BIB Number: –
- The BIB Number is necessary to participant in the race. Participants have to collect this personally at the marathon expo. The participants will be provided the details by email or SMS.
Certificates and Medals: –
- The certificate will be provided to all the participants through online. Only after the 21 days of event completion, the certificates will be provided to the participants. The participants who will successfully finish the marathon will be provided the Medals and the participants who finish the marathon on non timed will be provided only certificates.
Information and Updates: –
- The details and updates will be provided to the participant through email or sms. It is the participants’ responsibility to give their correct phone number ad email id while doing their form registration for this marathon. If you will not received an SMS or email of your form submission within 72 hours of your form submission then you have to contact on the helpline of the event and confirm that if your phone number of email has been captured accurately.
