SVAYEM Scheme Assam Online Apply
The Chief Minister of Assam State has launched the SVAYEM Scheme on 7th Feb 2017 to provide assistance to the Assam State Citizens. This yojana has been started by the government to provide proper facilities to the youth of Assam State. This yojana will help in generating activities that will help in supporting the Assam State Youth. Under this yojana, The state government will provide assistance and benefit of this scheme to the eligible citizens of the Assam State.
The finance Minister of the Assam State has reintroduced this scheme. 1000 crores has been finalized by the govt for the Assam state youth under this yojana. Via this yojana, around two lakh Assam State youth will be provided the benefit. Rs. 50000 will be provided to each beneficiary as an assistance in the 2017 and 18 govt schemes, about seven thousand beneficiary were added. In 2019 1,500 around citizens were benefited by the Assam State Govt.

Objective
The purpose of this yojana is that the Assam State citizens are provided proper employment opportunities, via this yojana. The opportunities will be provided to the rural as well as for the urban residents. The unemployment will decrease in the state. New Enterprises and new businesses will be established. The enlarging enterprises will be capable to rise their value.
The state government will provide financial support to the people so that they can invest their money in micro and small businesses. Under this yojana the people will be encouraged to participate in trading and manufacturing. The traditional artisans of the Assam State will increase the income level.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only the Assam State Natives can apply under this yojana.
- Applicant must be over 18 years old.
- For availing assistance, there is no income limit.
- Individual beneficiary must have the skills, knowledge, experience etc that can lead to income-generating activities.
- Educational qualification is necessary for the beneficiary.
- Beneficiary who is getting skill development training will acquire preference.
- The beneficiary must not be a defaulter of any loan.
- Must provide correct information.
- PMEGP Beneficiary of the last five years will not be eligible to apply under this yojana.

SVAYEM Scheme Assam Applying Process
- Visit to the Swami Vivekananda Assam Youth Empowerment Scheme Official Website.
- On the homepage, click on the option of Application Form for SVAYET Scheme from the download section.
- Then, the application form will display in the pdf format.
- Download this form.
- Attach the important details and necessary documents.
- Then, submit the form to the district level committee.
Bank Finance Regarding Process
- Under this yojana, the Bank will donate 55% of the project cost.
- Bank will also support capital expenditure through loans.
- Bank will also provide working capital.
- Beneficiary have to deposit 25% of the project cost after the loan in the bank.
- The bank will release the loan amount after the receipt of subsidy.
New Registration Process
- Visit to the Official Website of the Swami Vivekananda Assam Youth Empowerment Scheme.
- Click on the New Registration.
- Then, in a new page, provide your mobile number and group name related details.
- After that, you will receive an OTP on your mobile, you have to enter this OTP In the asked place.
- Then, create password for your profile, for this use numbers, characters, letters.
- Click on submit option.
Implementation Process
- Visit to the Official Website of the Swami Vivekananda Assam Youth Empowerment Scheme.
- Then, the district level advisory and implementation committee, will inspect the received applications, then the beneficiary will be selected.
- It is necessary to undergo a training of 3 to 5 days tenure for the selected applicants under any identified agency.
- After that, the applicants will be provided the training allowance on the completion of their training tenure.
- The amount of the first installment of financial allowance to be obtained under this yojana will be made attainable to the beneficiary who have attended the training straight in their bank account.
- An Activity report have to be submitted by the Beneficiary to the DLCIC three months after the beneficiary will receive the amount of first installment of the allowance, on the basis of this the additional allotment of funds and release of the second installment of the yojana will be resolute.
