We all know that in todays time Bihar state people are facing the problem of unemployment. In Bihar State, there is a shortage of skilled labor. So the state government has initiated this Kaushal Yuva Program Yojana. This program will help in improving the skills of the person.
Objective
There are lots of people in Bihar state who are educated but still are unemployed. There are many people who wants to get job opportunities but don’t get the opportunities. So to solve this problem, the state government has started Kushal Yuva Program Yojana. This program will help to provide such youth with good education as well as good skills so that the youth will be able to improve their future. The beneficiaries of this program will learn mainly computer related skills, communication and or skills. This will help them to improve their confidence and they will be able to do better work.
Eligibility Criteria
- The person must be Bihar State resident.
- Applicant must be 10th and 12th passed to become eligible to apply under this yojana.
- Applicant must be unemployed.
- Age of the person must be 15 to 25 years 30 years for Reserved category.
Required Documents

- Aadhar Card,
- Bank Account Number,
- Reservation certificate (ST/SC/PWD/OBC),
- 10TH and 12TH Certificate.

Age Limit
- For General Category: – 15 to 25 years.

Syllabus
Under this program: – Youth will be provided three month course under this program. There are three subjects will be taught under this program. The government recognized center has provided this program. These 3 programs are divided into Two Hundred Forty hours. Like Communication Skills, Personality Development, Computer Skills. In Communication Skills: – Applicants will learn English and Hindi speaking and writing. Computer Skills: – Applicant will be taught basic and professional tools related to the computer and computer software information. Personality Development: – Applicant will learn to understand their behavior towards others and himself.
Course Fee
Under this yojana, the central govt takes Rs. 1000 from the applicant, and it will be returned to them after their course completion, And the money will be provided to the applicant once they will pass the course. and for this they need to give an exam.
Online Apply Process for Bihar Kushal Yuva Program
- Only the applicant of 10th and 12th class pass can apply under this yojana. But both these classes applicants need to apply separately.

- Then they need to provide their mobile number and email id to register by selecting New Application Registration option.
- After that, the person will be able to apply online for this program by logging through user id and password.
- Then, person will be called for Counseling at DRCC.
- To the Ministry of Labor Resources, the Documents will be sent.
- The admission will be provided to the applicants after the department will see their documents.
