- If the family owns the 15 bighas of land, or owns a four-wheeler, income above than Rs. 2 lakhs, refrigerator, owns a tractor.
- If there is no female in family.
- If any member of the family is an income tax payer.
- If any member of the family is a professional such as engineer, architect, doctor or CA.
- If the member is a current or a former member of the parliament/Member of legislative Assembly.
