Uttarakhand Devbhoomi Udyamitra Yojana
On the August, 2023 in the Cabinet Meeting by the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the announcement has been made to initiate the Uttarakhand Devbhoomi Entrepreneurship Yojana. Via this yojana, free entrepreneurship and skill training will be provided to those students who are acquiring the degree from colleges and universities of the Uttarakhand State. The skill training will be provided by the State government not to provide employment to the students buy to connect them with self-employment. So that after acquiring the skill training, the youth can establish the self-employment and not jobs.
The Uttarakhand State government has signed an MOU with the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Ahmedabad to run this yojana. So that this institute will be able to provide free training to the students studying in colleges and universities of Uttarakhand. So that they will become self-reliant and will connect with self-employment. There future will become more bright and it will also be helpful in decreasing the unemployment rate in the Uttarakhand State.

Objective
The chief purpose of this yojana is to give free training of entrepreneurship and skills to the students who are studying in the College and university of the State. So that they can join the self-employment after completing their studies. And they do not have to wander from here to there in search of a ob. By acquiring skill training, the youth can establish self-employment, and with that they will be able to give employment to others also.
Total three thousands students will acquiring the training every year under this yojana, after the govt tied up with the Indian institute of entrepreneurship, Ahmedabad, it has been determined that every year three thousand students will be given the skill training under this yojana. The students will be selected from their university and college for entrepreneurship and skill training under this yojana. Once they gets selected, the letter students will be provided the facility of free training for the skill and role. So that they can be prepared for the self-employment.
Teachers will also get Training Under this Yojana
Under this yojana, the training will be provided to the teachers and students of the colleges. The students will be provided the details about the boot camps, seed funding, pitching events at the time of entrepreneurship and skill training. So that the youth will be able to create jobs in the complete times in the Uttarakhand State. Besides this, the teachers of these training institutes will be given training of entrepreneurship mentor, center of excellence. In the upcoming time, the entrepreneurship course will also be created in the training program.
The State government has fixed the budget of Seven Crore eleven lakh Ninty Five Thousand Rupees for the operation of Devbhoomi Udyamita Yojana. Via this budget amount, the training will be provided to the beneficiaries who are eligible for this yojana. With the help of this yojana, the youth of the Uttarakhand State will be able to connect with Maximum Self-employment and will also be able to give employment to other people also.
