Eligibility Criteria

All those students who are studying in the 8th class in govt and govt – aided, and local body schools in Gujarat State, whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 3,50,000 per annum, are eligible to apply under for scholarship Examination.

Applicant do not have to pay any kind of Application fee for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Application Form. There is no application fee for the application form of this yojana.

How to Apply Online for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Exam?

  • Visit to the State Examination Board of Gujarat Official Website i.e. sebexam.org.
  • Click on Gyan Sadhana Scholarship link. You will find it in the latest notification section.
  • On the web page of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship, provide your U Dise number and click on Submit.
  • You must check the note that the U-Dise Number must be obtained from the principal of the school in which the student is studying currently.
  • Once you have clicked on the submit button then pre filled form will open. You need to confirm the details such as your school and personal details.
  • If there is a change in your school, then provide the new school Dise code and click on Change school button. In order to update your school related details for this exam. Provide your parents mobile number and teacher / principal mobile number.
  • Once you have submitted the form, then upload your photo, sign and select your date of birth.
  • Then confirm your details and click on confirm button.
  • After this, you can not edit the application form.
  • once you are done with providing all the details then click on submit application.
  • Then do the payment of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Examination fee via proper online payment mode.
  • Upload the necessary details of the students. Click on Report.
  • Then click on PDF Link.
  • The nominal Roll will be displayed.
  • Take the printout of the nominal roll and submit it to the O/o the District Educational Officer Concerned. Submit two sets of nominal rolls attested by the head of the institution concerned. Also, submit the application to each concerned. Attested copies of the caste and medical certificate in cate of SC/ST/PH should be included with the original Challan.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

There will be MCQ Format for the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Exam and it consists 120 marks to be completed within 1.30 hours. The exam be taken in either Gujarati or English Language.

  • English and Gujarati both Entrance Examination Language.
  • Total Mark for Categories Wise Syllabus
  • 40 Marks for MAT and 80 Marks for SAT.

Scholarship Amount

The Gujarat State Govt has launched Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme recently to support bright students. The motive of this yojana is to give financial help to the 25,000 students every year. Students who are studying in 9th and 10th grade will get an annual scholarship of 20,000 rupees. and the students who are studying in 11th and 12th grades will get 25000 rupees every year. Not only for the higher grades the scholarship is limited, the students in 1 to 8 grades can also benefit for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Yojana.
