Karnataka Raitha Shakti scheme has been announced in the 2022-23 budget. The aim of this scheme is to provide discounted diesel to state farmers to help them financially and reduce a little bit of there burden of costly diesel. In farming, lots of machines are diesel powered and lots of famers suffer a lot because of high cost of diesel. There most of the earning spends on the diesel purchase for farming.
So, government started this scheme to help them financially. Under this scheme, the farmers will be provided financial assistance by the government. For the implementation of this scheme, government has decided 500 crore rupees budget. The farmers will also become able to use modern technologies with the help of this scheme as it will help them in more productivity and saving more income.

As we know that in the farming work lots of machines are used which are powered with diesel and because the prices of diesel are so high that most of the famers suffer financially.
Farmer’s most money spends on the diesel purchase due to which their monthly income remains very low. So, government started this Karnataka Raitha Shakti scheme to provide farmers financial assistance of Rs. 2050/- (per acre of land).

Benefits of Raitha Shakti Scheme Karnataka
